Lake Geneva Pool & Spa’s New Location Sets the Stage for Future Growth

Town of Wheatland, WI – Founded in 2021 by Timothy J. Pakulski Jr., Lake Geneva Pool & Spa specializes in the installation of fiberglass pools, hot tubs, and swim spas and offers maintenance, pool opening and closing services and pool accessories.
With a background in excavation and pool services, Tim built his business on a foundation of quality installations and exceptional service.
As the business grew, Tim knew that it would be important to secure the right space for the future. Timothy turned to Bryan Iwicki, Vice President of Business Banking at Community State Bank, who engaged Business Lending Partners (BLP) to help secure an SBA 504 loan for a strategic location in the Town of Wheatland, WI. To reduce the company’s down payment, Community State Bank financed 50% of the project costs, BLP provided 40% of the project costs through the SBA 504 program, thereby reducing Lake Geneva Pool & Spa’s down payment to 10%.

Thanks to the partnership between Bryan Iwicki and BLP, Lake Geneva Pool & Spa is now poised for even greater success. The new property provides higher visibility, allowing them to showcase their products and attract new clients. With indoor storage, staging space, and room for future expansion, the site is set to support future growth.

BLP staff guided me, as a lender, and the borrower through the SBA 504 process. As an SBA certified lender, BLP knows the SBA regulations front to back, and are able to identify any potential issues early on to ensure that the project will be successful for BLP, the bank, and most importantly, the business.

Lake Geneva Pool & Spa offers full-service pool installations, including excavation, plumbing, and automation, alongside hot tub sales, maintenance, and repairs. Located at 5675 392nd Avenue in Kenosha County, the company operates Monday through Friday from 8 AM to 5 PM.
