About Us

BLP is a private non-profit organization, licensed by the U.S. Small Business Administration (SBA) as a Certified Development Company (CDC) to do SBA 504 lending. We are the only CDC headquartered in Southeast Wisconsin and have been in business since 1983.

BLP is a division of RCEDC (Racine County Economic Development Corporation), and is licensed to administer SBA 504 loans throughout the State of Wisconsin. BLP has knowledge and access to local, State and federal partners to successfully assist you in completing your project.
