Year In Review

In 2024 with the support of our partner-lenders BLP’s staff reaffirmed its commitment to Wisconsin businesses by facilitating SBA 504 loans for a range of projects, including land and building acquisitions, renovations, new construction, and equipment purchases.

By providing access to SBA 504 financing, in 2024 BLP’s staff enabled companies to bring their visions to life, driving both their own success and the economic growth of the communities they serve.

Since 1983, BLP has been forging trusted partnerships in the banking and economic development communities. At the heart of this success is having the right team at BLP. I am incredibly proud of their expertise, dedication to our mission, commitment to customer service, and unwavering integrity.
