Westosha Sports Complex: "Zero to Hero Conditioning"

Silver Sales owners, David and Dorenda Adamecz, take on a new adventure by creating Westosha Sports Complex, LLC. Located in the Silver Lake community inin Kenosha County, WI, Westosha Sports will be a multi-purpose facility including baseball training and practice center, recreational golf practice center, and an event center. The current facility that is being utilized by the local youth baseball league is closing leaving ten Little League baseball teams seeking a new place to train. Having been involved in the youth baseball community for some time, the Adamecz’ saw an opportunity and are fulfilling a demand within the community. In the U.S., there are close to 35,000 fitness and recreation facilities and now one of those will be located in Silver Lake. The proposed 10,500 SF training complex will include two golf tunnels and seven baseball tunnels, five of which will retract into a full Little League field.

BLP partnered with Southport Bank to assist with the U.S. Small Business Administration (SBA) 504 loan that allowed the Adamecz to begin this new business venture. The low-down payment, fixed rate loan service provided by BLP assisted this new business to construct an affordable building, allowing Westosha Sports Complex to create the ultimate training experience. “The staff at BLP was incredible to work with on the Westosha Sports Complex project. Their constant professionalism, expertise of the SBA 504 program, and ability to produce an approval so quickly, has only solidified the trust I have in them.  There is no better SBA 504 lending partner in the State of Wisconsin than BLP,” said Michael W. Krause, VP of Commercial Banking at Southport Bank. The relationship between BLP and Southport Bank lad to a project that will fulfill the needs of  little league baseball teams and the greater community.
