The Village of Sturtevant Trustees recently approved attractive loan and grant programs to support local businesses as well as attract new development to targeted areas of the Village (TID #4).

Sturtevant MATCHING GRANTS

Matching grants up to $25,000 are available to businesses in TID #4 wishing to establish a new operation, expand an existing operation or construct or improve a facility for lease to business(es) located in the Village of Sturtevant.

  • Located in the Village of Sturtevant's TID #4
  • Current with all financial obligations
  • Have no outstanding fines, penalties, taxes or other financial obligations owed to with Racine County and/or the Village of Sturtevant, Wisconsin
  • Project plan and budget with funding committed

Sturtevant revoling loan fund (rlf)

$50,000 - $250,000

The Revolving Loan Fund (RLF) program is available to support the financing needs of local companies in TID #4. This RLF program can provide financing for the company’s capital investment in expansion and development projects. With low interest rates, low equity requirements, and flexible terms, the program was built to be business-friendly.
