Car Corral

Car Corral

KENOSHA, WI — Car Corral, a used car dealer in Kenosha, just purchased a new location at 6000 49th Street. This will give owner Matt Lindstrom room to grow the business, as the larger property will allow for a larger and more varied inventory, as well as more space for in-house vehicle repairs. Exposure and visibility will increase for the business because the new location sits along Green Bay Road.

Car Corral first opened in Kenosha in 1987. Lindstrom has been working with the company since 2008 and has been an owner since 2010. He has an Automotive Degree from Universal Technical Institute, is an ASE Master Technician, and previously worked as a master mechanic.

Car Corral sets itself apart from the competition with their strong reputation and attention to detail – such as the warranty they offer and thorough inspection of its vehicles, both of which are rare in the used car industry.

Funds were made available through BLP from the US Small Business Administration (SBA) 504 program. BLP partnered with Community State Bank to complete the funding. The 504 program helps lower the down payment requirement of the borrower while also providing long-term fixed-rate financing to help mitigate future costs. Criteria such as a commitment to create jobs, which will be met by Lindstrom’s plan to add six new positions, are typically how most companies qualify for the program.
