C&A Home and Building
Christina Hefel and Andrew Meyer of C&A Home and Building purchased the property of 314-322 Sixth Street in the City of Racine. With the loan closed and renovations complete, Roberta’s Restaurant is cooking up an incredible lineup of salads, sandwiches, burgers and more!
I had an absolute blast helping to provide Christina and Andrew with the necessary financial resources to close on this building. Not only are they providing economic opportunity for the City of Racine, but Roberta’s Restaurant serves up arguably the best burger in Greater Racine.
Thomas Van Gent
Loan Officer, BLP
Both Hefel and Meyer have substantial background in business and renovation. With over ten years of experience in purchasing and renovating properties, Meyer manages the day-to-day operations for the business. With 20 years of retail experience, Hefel is well-versed in recruitment, marketing, and brand development.
There is no question the city of Racine is growing. Without the collaboration from BLP and local financial institutions, projects like 314 Sixth Street would not be possible, and businesses like Roberta's Restaurant could not open. This multi-dimensional effort is not just a number's game, it's built to create opportunity.
Mayor of Racine
Business Lending Partners (BLP) collaborated with First American Bank on the financing of the renovation project. This project would not have been possible without a strong partnership between BLP, C&A Home and Building, and the City of Racine.
