Historical Rates

SBA 504 interest rates are fixed for the term of the loan and are  typically below current market rates. The SBA 504 loan proceeds come from the sale of government guaranteed debenture bonds.  These sales occur once a month for 20-year loans and every other month for 10-year loans. The historical rates provided below are blended ratesas they include both the debenture interest rate and monthly servicing fees.  The blended interest rates for an SBA 504 loan are fixed when the project is complete and the debenture is sold.

*Note: 10 year debentures are funded every other month.
